1. The root cause of common failures of screw packaging machines:
1. The color mark tracking is not turned on, the color mark of the plastic film is too light, and the plastic film driver is deviated.
2. The pendulum rod and the cutting knife are not in sync, the cutter head is too high or too low, and the packing speed is too fast.
3. The temperature is too high, the speed is very slow, and the temperature resistance of the outer layer of the coating is poor.
4. The temperature is too low, the speed is too fast, and the heat sealability of the inner layer of the coating is poor.
5. The heater is damaged, the intermediate relay is burned, the thermal resistance is damaged, and the temperature control instrument is damaged.
Second, the removal method of the screw packaging machine:
1. Refer to the instructions for use to adjust the position of the push finger; adjust the height of the end sealing member, so that the management center of the sealing knife teeth is in the middle of the height-width ratio of the product; reduce the packaging speed.
2. In the industrial touch screen tracking method page, switch the tracking method to "tracking cut".
3. Decrease the temperature; adjust the speed; replace the plastic film material.
